This is a fukuro obi with elegant garden pattern, which is woven - 'tsuzumi'(Japanese drum), royal carts and bridges can be seen among several plants.
Textile is silk, and it's soft.
It's unfinished with both the ends left open and no stiff lining inside.
However, it's been worn with the folding lining remained.
Also, there are patina like spots shown in the photo A.
