This is a vintage han-juban(half length undergarment) made of thin blue 'uzura-chirimen' (elephant crepe) silk.
The material became thin and rather weak so that there are some tears repaired.
Also, there are seam lines on both the sleeves and across the bottom hem.
This whole item is somewhat discolored with age, and rather big stains can be seen in some places such as near the left armhole, on front of the left sleeve and on back of the right sleeve.

Still, it's a perfect piece to savor the fine and delicate touch of Japanese vintage material!
