This is a vintage nagoya obi with appealing design - beautiful 'tsuzumi'(Japanese drum) and flowers pattern is dyed.
Textile is 'hiraginu' (plain silk) and has soft and smooth touch.
It was remade from obi, and kaikiri line is on the wrong side of otakiko.
It has a prominent stain in the hem of otaiko part (B). White parts have slight patinas or discoloration.
It also has a pin hole, frays and other flaws as photos show.
We can't say it is in very good condition, but still charming piece for its wonderful design. It must be an excellent handicraft material or interior decor!

Belt part 5.9 in ( 15 cm) x 84.3 in ( 214 cm)
