This is a vintage tsuzure
fukuro obi with kiku-bishi (chrysanthemum diamond) in 'tatewaku' (waving lines) pattern, which is thickly embroidered.
Textile is soft tsuzure silk.
As the photos and the sheet show, the hemstitches of a side are cut out and the side is mostly opened.
The embroidery threads are frayed and sticking up at some spots.
Also, there is a prominent folding line, and the areas marked with slanted lines are discolored.
It's not in wearable condition but still could be a marvelous display or handicraft material!
