This is a coral pink kimono fabric cut into houmongi shape and stitched roughly before sewing to make houmongi.
Kimono is made of a bolt of cloth which is 14.2" in width.
Japanese traditional patterns such as 'shippou-tsunagi' (interlocking circles), 'kagome' (woven bamboo) and so on are colorfully dyed along with various plants including ume (plum blossoms) and matsu (pine).
Textile is soft silk.
It has some flaws as photos show.
Both the right and left fronts are torn in some places (photo A and C).
As for other damages, please refer to the photos and the sheet.
Still it can be useful for your handicraft!
*You need a lining fabric to sew houmongi from this fabric. And sewing houmongi is very difficult, and it is a work for professionals.
