This is a hitoe (unlined) Furisode with wonderful Bingata style design - circles filled with peonies, kiku (chrysanthemums), sakura (cherry blossoms) or else are dyed in rich colors over graceful 'ryusui' (stream) pattern of damask effect.
Textile is soft silk with damask effect (rinzu).
It is machine sewn along the straight lines.

There are many noticeable flaws such ones shown in some of the photos, and especially, the wear on the lapel and the smudges around the sleeve rims are severe.
Loose stitches and tears can be seen at the armholes.

This piece can't be said as in wearable condition but still could be an appealing display with its colorful design!
