This elegant fukuro obi has wonderful fan pattern, which is woven over waves, 'karakusa' (arabesque) and 'sayagata' (arranged swastika) patterned background.
Threads coated with pure gold leaves are used.
Textile is silk, and it's soft.
As the photos and the sheet show, there remain a folgind line and faint smudges.
The stain indicated in the figure is on the blank part, and so it will be hidden when tied.
It's suitable for formal occasions.
