This is a cute blue nagoya obi with motif of tulip which is woven.
Textile is polyester and has comparatively stiff touch.
As a photo shows, otaiko part is discolored slightly however it is not outstanding. It has folding lines and wrinkles. Please check details with photos and the figure.
