This is a lovely tsuzure fukuro obi. It has gorgeous woven motif of fan with peony, ume, chrysanthemum on otaiko and maegara( the patterned part of belt part, which will be the belly part when it is tied ) parts.
Textile is silk and has medium touch.

As photos show it has some wear such as rather prominent folding line and snags. Please check details with photos and the figure. However as a whole, it is still in quite good condition.
