This is a lively colored vintage nagoya obi.
Fan shapes are woven with metallic silver coated threads along with adorable 'chidori' (flying bird) or symbols of 'genjiko'(ancient Japanese incense game) on themselves.
Textile is rather stiff and transparent sha of jinken (rayon), and it has a woven pattern of 'shippou-tsunagi' (interlocking circles).
As the photos and the sheet show, threads are coming out here and there.
In the narrow belt part, there is a tiny hole B.
