This is a sioze nagoya obi with dramatic kimono lady pattern, which is woven and dyed.
Textile is sioze silk, and it has soft and smooth touch.
It has some small stains or patinas as photos show. They are also in the main motif and two maegara motifs. However, they are small and not so disturbing. As a whole it is in very good condition.
