This is a stylish nagoya obi with 'shikishi'(square paper) and mountain pattern, which is woven.
Textile is silk, and it has soft and smooth touch.
It is signed by weaver Kawashima on one end. Kawashima is one of the most famous obi weaver in Kyoto Nishijin.
There is a small reddish stain on otaiko hem(main pattern on back) as the photos show.
It has some other slight flaws. As a whole it is in very good condition and can be tied.
