This is a nagoya obi dyed in lively orange with shibori(tie-dye) technique.
The otaiko (square bow) area has face to face lions, and the maegara (front pattern) area has turtles in circle.
Textile is soft silk with damask effect (rinzu) of flowers on 'sayagata' (arranged swastika) pattern.
As the photos and the sheet show, it has some flaws.
Above and below the otaiko pattern, there are stains of dyestuff.
However, as a whole, it's in very good condition.

Belt part 5.9 in ( 15 cm) x 85.4 in ( 217 cm)
