This is an opened nagoya obi with face-to-face stags woven with gleaming red metallic coated threads over rich red background.
Textile is silk, and it's soft.
As the photos and the sheet show, the metallic threads are tinily tipped at places.
Above the otaiko pattern, there are whitish stains.
There is a folding line, and thin wrinkles from wearing can be seen in some places.
The white stiff lining which is bare over two thirds of the reverse side has prominent discoloration in an area.
However, as a whole, it's in very good condition.
