This is a vintage nagoya obi with large 'kiri' (paulownia) leaf pattern, which is embroidered elaboratedly.
Textile is shusu silk, and it has soft and smooth touch.
As the photos and the sheet show, there is a large tear on the narrow belt part.
Also, above the otaiko (square bow) pattern area, there are noticeable frays.
Because of the tear, it's not in wearable condition.
However, the embroidered motifs remain comparatively well, though it has discoloration on the light colored threads.
So, it still could be useful for your handicraft work.
