This is a summer nagoya obi with alluring iris pattern, which is woven.
The leaves are woven with shiny metallic coated threads and the petals are densely woven with tsuzure weaving technique so as to look raised out.
Textile is soft ro (summer sheer silk).
Not only the smudges indicated, it has small snags in the red petals and frays of the metallic coating on the otaiko (square bow) pattern.
Also, whitish smudges can be seen along the folds at the top of the tare part.
However, as a whole, it's in very good condition and still can be worn.
