This maru obi is from Meiji period(1868-1912) and has charming small flowers pattern in the black background!
Textile is exquisite silk, and has very soft and comfortable touch.

It has a tear near one end. There are prominent folding line and frays in the hems. It has some other flaws as photos show.
It can't be tied, but must be an excellent interior decor or handicraft material!
