This is a vintage nagoya obi with stunning Chinese dragons woven out against cloud patterned wine red background.
Some of the dragons are woven with silver coated threads, and the other yellow or black ones are with cut velvet.
Textile is silk, and it's soft.
As the photos and the sheet show, it has some flaws.
Smudges can be seen all along the edges, and the reverse side is slightly discolored.
