This is a zentsu (fully patterned) fukuro obi with fabulous karabana (imaginary flower in China) pattern, which is gracefully embroidered with drawn work partly used.
Textile is silk, and it has soft and slightly textured touch.
Stain shown on photos are parhaps dyestuff stains or could be part of the design.
Gold dye used in pattern are coming off in places.
