This is a charming vintage fukusa with design of kanji character 'kotobuki'(longevity) and 'shou-chiku-bai'(pine tree, bamboo and ume blossom) which are embroidered elaborately.
Textile is soft plain silk.
Flaws in the center of the Chinese character, on the tip of the bamboo leaf and side of the pine tree are not stains. They are sketch for the embroidery work. Other flaws that the figure shows such as stains, patinas and frays are not so disturbing. Please check details with photos and the figure. Some stitches are coming loose however its color is still bright and beautiful. As a whole, it is in very good condition.
