This is a glittering silver nagoya obi with 'kusazuri' (tassets on a suit of samurai armor) pattern, which is woven with metallic coated threads.
From left to right, the base color shifts from silver to gold.
Textile is silk, and it's soft.
Indicated as folding line isn't a crease from wearing but actually a line marked during the storage, and it's not at all conspicuous.
This piece seems unworn and is nearly in excellent condition.
