This vintage summer haori is made of transparent sha, and elegant leaf(flower?) pattern is woven all over. Textile has very light and delicate touch.
In the back, 'chidori'(cute flying bird) and autumn flowers are dyed with elegant touch!
Its design is very sophisticated.
Sleeves are gracefully long, which is the feature of kimono from pre WWII.
It has some flaws as photos show. There are couple of holes in the shoulder folding line and some stains and discoloration.
However, it is still very beautiful and elegant piece!
