This is a lovely vintage nagoya obi with charming embroidered chrysanthemums.
Textile is ro, summer sheer silk, and it's soft.
As the photos and the sheet show, it has some flaws.
There is a prominent stain C near the belt part end.
The hole shown in one of the photo was by the embroidery threads pulling the textile.
Some discoloration from its age can be seen allover.

The embroidery remains still well and so this piece could be useful for both wear and handicraft.
