This is a fabulous maru obi from around Taisho period(1912-1926) .
Phoenix motif is dyed boldly in the both sides, and fine embroidery is added in the both sides.
Its design is exceptionally cool and impressive.
Textile is plain silk and has smooth touch.
It is jointed in two parts ( both sides - double lines in the figure).
It has some other flaws as photos show, but as a whole it is in very good condition.
