This is a unique kyo-fukuro obi with 2 Chinese characters repeatedly woven with gold or silver coated threads.
One of the characters is 'kotobuki' and has the meaning of longevity and congratulation.
With the length of 153.5 in (390cm), this piece is rather shorter than usual fukuro obis.
Textile is silk, and it's soft.
As the photos and the sheet show, it has some flaws.
There is a rather prominent folding line and some stains on the blank place.
However, as a whole, it's in very good condition.
