This is a vintage men's juban (undergarment) with a dyed pattern full of the war age atmosphere - there are tanks, a battle plane and some boys on ready to fire cannons.
Textile is jinken (rayon), and it's soft.
There is a big brownish stain D on the back both outside and inside.
