This haori has a wonderful design of artistic leaf pattern.
The pattern is dyed but also gold or silver coated threads are woven in in some places, and there are accents of embroidery at some tips of the leaves and edging of kinkoma embroidery as well.
A pair of matching haori ties is attached. It has 3 kamons (family crest) and only the lower halves of them are embroidered.
Textile is silk, and it's soft and smooth.
As the photos and the sheet show, discoloration is spread, especially on the shoulders and armholes, and the smudges on the sides and rims are prominent.
Kinkoma embroidery is coming off at some places.

It might be difficult to wear this piece, though, its wonderful design still could be enjoyed as a display.
