This nagoya obi is made of sioze like polyester, and 'yukiwa'(snow crystal) motif is dyed.
We don't know why but one maegara( the patterned part of belt part, which will be the belly part when it is tied ) part is dyed with silver dyestuff around the pattern.
It has some flaws as photos show, but they are slight or small and not disturbing. As a whole it is in very good condition and can be worn formally.
