This is a wonderful nagoya obi with beautiful shibori dyed pattern.
This piece is made from used shibori(or kimono). Haori is unpicked, and washed and reinforced from wrong side with slight resin. So there are some sewing lines, which will not be seen when it is tied. ( When the flaws remained, we placed them into the parts where will not be seen when it is tied.)
So the price is way lower than brand new shibori nagoya obi, but its charm is nearly equal.
Shibori nagoya obi fits various kinds of kimono, and must be very handy wardrobe.
