This is a cool blue tsumugi nagoya obi - elegant chrysanthemum motif is woven in the blue background.
Textile seems to be synthetic blend fabric and has medium touch.
It has a wrinkle near the maegara( the patterned part of belt part, which will be the belly part when it is tied ) part, but it doesn't have prominent flaws.
