This orange haori is from pre WWII, and has appealing bobbin and flowers pattern, which is colorfully dyed. Large shippou-tsunagi pattern is also dyed and some parts of the flowers are added embroidery.
Sleeves are gracefully long, which is the feature of kimono from pre WWII.
It has wonderful old fashioned taste of Taisho period(1912-1926) .
Textile is rinzu, silk with damask effect, and has soft and comfortable touch.
Because of its old age, it has some flaws as photos show. 'Tear G' in the back is very small. As a whole it is in very good condition and beautiful piece!
