This green kimono is from around Taisho period(1912-1926) and has WONDERFUL Yuzen
and embroidery work!
'Kaioke' (a hexagonal container to store clam shells, which are used ancient shell matching game - 'kaiawase' ), 'misu'(bamboo curtain), Takara
, pine tree and flowers are dyed with very elegant touch, and fine embroidery is added on them all over the dyed parts!
Its embroidery work is incredibly elaborate!
Please enjoy its wonderful details with more photos.
Because of its old age, it has some flaws as photos show. ( Flaws may be more than the figure.)
However, it is still VERY valuable piece for its incredible Yuzen
and embroidery works!
