This is a vintage juban(undergarment) with appealing ume blossom and bird pattern, which is dyed.
Textile is chirimen(crepe) silk and has soft and comfortable touch.
It has some flaws as photos show. 'Tear C' is part where the warp yarns unclose, and most warp yarns are not cut. We don't check in the figure, but there are more similar flaws near the bottom part. However, as a whole it is in very good condition.
