Textile is black shusu, which is made of jinken(rayon).
It has bold dandelion motif, which is painted with pigment.
This technique is called 'pente', which was the replacement of dyeing when people were poor during/just after WWII.
It has cracks in the pente parts ( fabric is not torn ), and some other flaws as photos show, but as a whole it is in very good condition.
