This is a dotera, heavily padded haori.
Textile is meisen silk and has unique vehicles (toy?) pattern, which is woven. It has smooth touch.
It has a large stain in the left sleeve. The seam of left underarm is unpicked. It has some other flaws as photos show, but as a whole it is in very good condition.
