This is a fabulous maru obi from around Taisho period(1912-1926) . In the both sides, chrysanthemum motifs are embroidered elaborately. Textile is soft silk.
Embroidery is added in the couple of places in both sides ( one side has heavier embroidery than another side ).
It has some flaws as photos show. It may be difficult to be worn, but as a whole it is in very good condition.
*It doesn't have stiff lining inside.
