This fukusa seems to be late Edo period(1603-1868) oar early Meiji period(1868-1912) .
It has wonderful
shoujo motif, which is fully embroidered! They are having bold sake cup, which has the character 'kotobuki'(longevity). Please enjoy its fabulous embroidery details with more photos.
Textile is navy shusu silk and lined with shusu silk.
Dark brown embroidery parts are missing (
hakama of a center shoujo, and upper kimono of the rightest
shoujo are fully missing ). However, its embroidery work is still very valuable.
