This piece seems to be a boy's festival costume, which is from around Meiji period(1868-1912).
It is made of wool and lined with cotton.
Dragon and kamon are embroidered with kinkoma embroidery technique thickly! Eyes are added glass.
It has some flaws as photos show. However, as a whole it is in very good condition.
