This is a vintage juban(undergarment) with eye-catching design - chrysanthemum motif is dyed with vivid check pattern.
Textile is kinsha, fine crepe silk, and has soft touch.
It has some flaws as photos show. (There are tears in the both front and back of left sleeve.) However, as a whole it is in very good condition.
