This is an antique cotton fabric. The right side is made of hand spun cotton and has wonderful shibori dyed pattern.
It is lined with kasuri warp ikat cotton, and fine sashiko stitches are done elaborately all over it!
Please check its wonderful details with more photos.
It seems to be from Tohoku district, and was used as noragi, farmer's work wear.
It has some flaws as photos show. However, as a whole it is in very good condition.
