This is a vintage summer maru obi. Textile is ro, summer sheer silk, and has elegant dyed pattern in approx 60% of the full length. Insect cage and flowers are dyed elegantly.
It has some flaws as photos show. Especially one side has couple of large prominent stains. Another side is comparatively beautiful. There are some patinasŽ”Ž”near the otaiko part, but you will be able to tie it if you devise. However, as a whole it is in very good condition.
