This is a vintage black maru obi. Textile is tsuzure silk, and has medium and comfortable touch.
Appealing wave and stream pattern is embroidered boldly in one side!
What an impressive maru obi it is!
It has some flaws as photos show, but they are slight or small and not disturbing. As a whole it is in very good condition and can be worn formally.
