This is a fabulous ranru, boro.
Textile is hand spun/woven cotton, and well well worn, and many parts were repaired with other cotton fabrics and elaborate sashiko stitches.
After the repair, it was well worn again, and as a result it has wonderful artistic texture as photos show.
Fabrics used repair are also very old one, and hand spun one. This fabric seems to be from late Edo Period( 1603-1867) and worn and repaired till early Meiji period(1868-1912).
It is genuine valuable ranru!
