This is a men's juban(undergarment) with stunning jumping carp and waterfall motif, which is dyed with shibori technique. shibori is Japanese tie dyeing technique, and it gives the textile very unique texture.
Textile is plain silk, and has soft touch.
It has some flaws as photos show. However, they are slight or small and not disturbing. As a whole it is in very good condition and beautiful piece.
