This is an antique Furisode from Meiji period(1868-1912).
It is made of plain silk, and has graceful bobbin and yarn motifs, which are dyed with yuzen technique.
In addition, butterfly motif is embroidered with gold threads!
It has exceptionally graceful atmosphere!
It has some small holes in the bottom. It has some other flaws as photos show. However, they are slight or small and not disturbing. As a whole it is in very good condition and beautiful piece.
