This is an antique yoroi-shita, undergarment of armor. It is from early Meiji period(1868-1912) or earlier.
It is woven with two-ply cotton yarn, which was hand spun elabroately. It is dyed with natural ai and has black stripe is dyed.
Hand spun cotton is added inside partly.
It has some flaws as photos show, but as a whole it is in very good condition.
