This is a vintage cotton furoshiki.
Textile is comparatively thick cotton, and has soft touch.
Butterfly and 'shou-chiku-bai'(pine tree, bamboo and ume blossom) motifs are dyed out white with katazome technique, and center white line is dyed with tsutsugaki technique.
This is the biggest one of three same design and only this piece is machine sewn.
It has some flaws as photos show, but as a whole it is in very good condition.
