This is a vintage baby girl's kimono - it is made of soft rinzu silk, and phoenix motif is dyed with shibori technique. shibori is Japanese tie dyeing technique, and it gives the textile very unique texture.
It has a small tear and some flaws as photos show.
*Shoulder and bodice are folded and sewn to be shortened. If you unpick the seam, shoulder to shoulder lenght will be 2.4 in ( 6 cm)
longer and bodice will be 2.0 in ( 5 cm) longer.
