This is a contemporary silver fukuro obi - it has seigaiha pattern, which is woven finely. Its blank part and wrong side is pale lilac, but main part is silver ( sorry it may look purplish ).
In the end, raden( design in mother-of-pearl inlay) work is added.
It has some flaws in the wrong side, but as a whole it is in very good condition.
