This is a vintage men's juban(undergarment) from Pre WW2.
It has tasteful hyotan(gourd) motif, which is dyed.
Textile is high-end chirimen(crepe) silk, and it has textured and soft touch.
There is a tear at the left side(bottom area), and the stitches of the inside of the left lapel is coming loose.
It has some other flaws as photos show.
However considering the age, it is in very good condition.
